Summary

This act creates a state-owned energy company, called the Savannah Energy Organization, to develop renewable energy technology in Iran. It requires the company to conduct research and development of renewable energy technologies, as well as to handle the training, consulting, design, and implementation of sample renewable energy systems, provide technical and economic support to NGOs, and cooperate with other companies.
