Summary

The Low-Carbon Development Strategy aims to promote sustainable growth while mitigating and adapting to climate change in the long-term. The overall vision of the strategy harmonises renewable and secure energy, well-integrated low-carbon public transport, efficient agriculture and effective waste management across the economy.
