National Action Programme to Combat Desertification in Morocco

This document aims at promoting the convergence, coherence and synergy of policies and programmes contributing to the fight against land degradation in order to ensure the sustainable management of ecosystems according to the land use, the restoration and maintenance of major environmental balances and contribute to strategic objectives of poverty reduction and food security. It defines a range of measures to increase adaptation capabilities.
