National Climate Adaptation Implementation Programme

This Programme was intended to increase the pace of the implementation of the National Climate Adaptation Strategy (NUKPA). The NUPKA primarily covers the European Netherlands, but it also includes tasks and measures that are planned for the Caribbean Netherlands. The five priorities are: (1) To develop concrete adaptation targets; (2) To increase accessibility and applicability of knowledge products; (3) To increase attention to climate justice; (4) To mainstream adaptation into all policies and implementation; and (5) To explore opportunities to expand adaptation finance.
