The National Climate Change Policy is a central policy instrument to protect Fiji's development priorities from current, future and intergenerational climate change risks.
The NCCP articulates national climate adaptation and mitigation objectives and strategies.
The purpose of NCCP is to provide the high-level guidance, principles, institutional architecture and objectives required to establish and support a long-term climate-resilient development.
This document replaces the Climate Change Policy from 2012.
