This document was prepared through a consultative process. It promotes the construction of tools for individual, sectoral and national application, oriented to development with low emissions, which strengthen the economy, improve efficiency and increase the profitability of small, medium and large-scale production, in addition to facilitating access to international markets and new sources and mechanisms of financing.
