This Plan consolidates and prioritises public infrastructure projects across sectors, evaluating their alignment with national strategic objectives, economic viability, and climate change adaptation. It covers covers infrastructure projects equal to or larger than $500,000 in value. This Plan covers the overall context in the Marshall Islands; the multi-criteria analysis and screening process for infrastructure projects; findings; funding assessment; and a roadmap for implementation. It consolidates the status of relevant projects.
Two out of 12 impact criteria in the multi-criteria analyse relate to environment and climate-change resilience priorities (namely, improve climate change adaptation and resilience, and strengthen disaster risk management and resilience).
