National plan for data quality management from national inventories of emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere

The National Data Quality Management Plan is a key document in the National Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory System for the implementation of the commitments of the Republic of Bulgaria under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) regarding a mechanism for monitoring and reporting greenhouse gas emissions and for reporting other information related to climate change at the national level. The National Plan is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 261/14.
