National Plan for the Development of Burundi 2018-2027 (PND BURUNDI 2018-2027)

This document sets the government's development vision for the period 2018-2027. It focuses on five strategic goals: (1) develop growth-promoting sectors for the structural transformation of the economy; (2) develop human capital; (3) ensure sustainable management of the environment, mitigate climate change and improve land use planning (4) strengthen governance, security and the safeguard of national sovereignty and (5) mobilise resources, improve management public spending and develop regional and international cooperation.
