It notably seeks to take into account the issues of adaptation to climate change in the strategic planning, including: potential of water and energy resources, energy industry, agriculture, disaster risks will bring Kyrgyzstan a notable economic benefit and will enable it to minimize hazards to human health, human property, and public infrastructure by reducing a corresponding economic damage. Renewable energy resources and energy efficiency are equally promoted.
