Summary

This law establishes a new support system for power plants using renewable energy sources and Combined Heat and Power High Performance Provisions for legal and functional separation of supply and distribution industries in the natural gas market and other provisions. The law notably introduces feed-in tariffs. The rates of FIT and applicabilities have been modified by several ministerial decisions, including APEEK/A/F1/oik 184573, OJ B4488/19.12.2017 and APEEK/A/F1/oik 172858, OJ ?'1263/10.04.2018.
