The BNCCC's mission is to coordinate all actions relating to the fight against climate change, including: 1) promoting a resilient economy in Madagascar, adapted to climate change; 2) promoting sustainable development with low emissions of carbon and other greenhouse gases that cause climate change and; 3) developing sustainable financing mechanisms to combat climate change.
