<p>his ordinance governs energy efficiency audits, energy performance certification, and evaluation of energy savings of buildings, setting rules on how buildings are inspected and certified. It defines the energy performance certificates (EPCs), and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented energy-saving measures.</p>
