Resolution 1091 National Plan to deal with forest fires, groves, and open areas

This resolution focuses on mitigating the risks of forest fires as a result of the increased frequency of extreme weather conditions and prolonged fire seasons, resulting from climate change. This is to be achieved by improving the preparedness of communities that are located near forests and woodlands. The decree also includes the establishment of a dedicated team, responsible for formulating and implementing a national plan for the protection of localities and public institutions, specifically those at increased risk from fires.
