Revised Biofuels Development and Utilization Strategy of Ethiopia

The strategy paper updates Ethiopia’s biofuels policy framework to expand sustainable biofuel production and use, reduce fossil fuel imports, and support domestic energy production through feedstock development, biodiesel and bioethanol deployment (including transport, aviation SAF and clean cooking fuels), and associated infrastructure and institutional measures.
