<p>Royal Decree 1886/2011, which establishes the delegated commissions of the Government, regulates in point three of the second additional provision the composition and functioning of the Interministerial Commission for Climate Change. The Interministerial Commission for Climate Change is chaired by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Environment.</p>
