The government of Fiji has developped the Standard Operating Procedures for Planned Relocation to support the planned relocation of communities as an option of last resort to adapt to sea level rise and other natural hazards that are exacerbated by climate change. Its legal mandate was set out by the Fiji Climate Change Act that was passed in 2021, and works together with the Climate Relocation of Communities (CROC) Trust Fund that was established in 2019 and the Planned Relocation Guidelines published in 2018.

Examples:
Resilient infrastructure, Fossil fuel divestment, Net zero growth plan, Sustainable fishing
