Uganda's Vision 2040

This document lays out the country's overall vision to 2040. One of the stated aspiration is to generate the conditions for the development of a green economy. It notably seeks to enhance the share of renewable sources in the energy mix. It further calls for local governments and all economic sectors to plan their adaptation to the adverse effects of climate change.
