Zimbabwe Vision 2030 embodies the aspirations towards a Prosperous Upper Middle-Income Nation by 2030, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and African Union Agenda 2063. It provides for plans to partner with development partners to “broaden climate change mitigation and adaptation activities to include critical elements such as water management and harvesting measures to mitigate the effects of drought, respect for biodiversity and wetland management issues.”
