This plan sets the government's development vision over the decade 2020-2030. It is based on ten pillars. Pillar six is to build a climate resilient, green economy.&nbsp; It seeks to increase basin development efforts to fight land degradation and to reduce pollutions, improve productivity and reduce GHG emissions, increase forest protection and development, increase production of electricity from renewable sources for domestic use and for export, and focus on modern and energy saving technologies.
