Act on Compensation for Natural Hazards (Natural Hazards Compensation Act)

<p>This act provides the terms and conditions for obtaining compensation or being compensated through insurance for loss or damage that occurs as a result of natural disasters. It contains provisions that require municipalities to undertake precautionary measures to protect against natural disasters, empowers municipalities to confiscate property, restrict development in risky areas, and claim expenses for any precautionary measures taken.</p>
