<p>This Norwegian Act is intended to provide households and holiday homeowners with financial support and more stable, predictable energy costs. It continues existing electricity support measures for household consumers and expands assistance to include households that rely on district heating systems. In addition, the Act introduces mechanisms to help secure and stabilize both electricity and district heating prices, reducing the impact of energy price fluctuations on consumers. Overall, the law aims to make household energy expenses more affordable and predictable while extending protection across different forms of home heating.</p>
