This policy emanates from the Ministry for Public Works and Transport (MOPTVDU) and aims to prevent, care for and reduce the vulnerability of the population towards adverse effects of climate change, with a particular focus on the most affected. The document details key concepts and sets the ministry's strategy to design a multi-sectoral plan within its vested powers.
