Decree 36693-MINAET declaring a national moratoria on oil exploitation

<p>This document declares a moratorium all activities that have "the purpose of developing the exploration and exploitation of oil deposits in the continental and marine national territory". The Decree 41578-MINAE from 2019 modifies this decree by extending the moratorium to 2050.</p>
