This law aims at aligning the country's emission monitoring framework with the EU ETS and non-ETS legislation, notably Directive 2003/87/EC.&nbsp;<br><br>The law mandates industrial actors to set plans for monitoring and reporting their emissions. It will enter into force on January 1st, 2021. Secondary legislation is currently being discussed.<br><br><br></div><div><br><br>
