The Agriculture Development Strategy (ADS) and Investment Plan (IP) responds to the need:&nbsp; 1) for the consolidation and integration of various plans, strategies, roadmaps, and approaches developed by various stakeholders;&nbsp; 2) for a systematic approach to operationalize agricultural policy implementation and link it to the IP;&nbsp; 3) to coordinate activities, projects, programs, and policies;&nbsp; 4) to build a dialogue with domestic and foreign investors and harmonise foreign aid to the sector. The document notably sets a yearly budget to support farmers in order to increase their resilience to climate change and disasters&nbsp;
