This Ordinance is supplementary to the <a href="https://climate-laws.org/geographies/european-union/laws/fluorinated-greenhouse-gases-regulation-no-517-2014-on-fluorinated-greenhouse-gases-and-repealing-regulation-ec-no-842-2006">EU Regulation on fluorinated greenhouse gases</a>&nbsp;and sets out the specific terms on cooling, air conditioning and heat pump equipment. The aim of the Ordinance is to avoid the leakage of F-gases and limit emissions. &nbsp;
