The PM Decision No.1775/2012 approves the project of GHG emission management and management of carbon credit business activities to the world market.&nbsp;<br><br>The objective of GHG emission management is to implement the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and other international agreements. It is also a way to develop a low carbon economy, green growth and and a sustainable development.<br><br>The general tardget&nbsp; of carbon credit business activities is to manage the efficiency of the purchase, sale and transfer carbon credits generated from the mechanism of the Kyoto Protocol to the world market.&nbsp;
