This document sets the government's development vision for the period 2018-2021. It seeks to "deliver good governance and accountability, social cohesion,  national reconciliation and a revitalised and transformed economy for the wellbeing of all Gambians”. It notably aims to promote climate resilience, climate-smart agriculture, the tapping of resources from global climate funds,
