Circular Carbon Economy National Program

This program and accompanying framework aims at enabling circular economy features in Saudi Arabia. It follows the 4 Rs logic: reduce (the production of CO2 and GHGs as by-products), reuse, recycle and remove. It focuses on the use of innovative technology.
