Decree No. of April 21, 2020 on Multi-Year Energy Programming
Summary
The multi-annual energy programs (PPE), tools for steering energy policy, were created by the energy transition law for green growth. Following the public consultation which took place from January 20 to February 20, 2020, the new version of the PPE was adopted by this decree.
