This document aims at reducing the adverse impacts of short-lived climate pollutants (SLCP) such as black carbon, methane, tropospheric ozone on health, agriculture and the climate. This 2018 document builds on a previous version released in 2014. The action plan aims at identifying the most cost-effective pathways for large scale implementation of SLCP mitigation measures.
