Pursuant to article 1, this document promulgates a national monitoring and evaluation system for climate change adaptation activities.

The monitoring and evaluation contents are as follows.
  • State management of climate change;
  • Strengthen resilience and the capacity to adapt to climate change in the following sectors:
    • Agriculture, forestry and fishery;
    • Environment and biodiversity;
    • Water resources;
    • Transport;
    • Construction;
    • Industry;
    • Health;
    • Labour and society;
    • Culture.
  • Mitigation of natural disaster risks, minimising damage caused by climate change;
  • Resources for climate change adaptation;
  • Science, technology and international cooperation;
  • Training and education.
