Decree-law 1 March 2022, no 17, passed following the energy shock related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, sets urgent measures to contain the costs of electricity and natural gas, for the development of renewable energies and for the relaunch of industrial policies. This Decree-Law was converted with amendments into law by Law No. 34 of 27 April 2022.
