Decree-Law No. 33-A/2005
Summary
Decree 33-A/2005 relates to state support facilities producing renewable energy. It amends Decree-Law no. 189/88, of 27 May, reviewing the factors for calculating the amount of remuneration for the supply of energy produced in renewable power plants delivered to the Portuguese Electricity System (SEP) network and defining procedures for the allocation of power available on the same network and terms for obtaining the establishment license for renewable plants.
