Summary

This decree validates interest-free loans for the acquisition of low-emission vehicles in certain low-emission mobility zones (ZFE-m), in line with article 107 of the 2021 climate and resilience law. Eligible vehicles must emit 50 grams of CO2 emissions per kilometre or less and be priced under 45,000 euros for a private car and under 60,000 euros for commercial vans. Applying households must meet conditions of revenue (must be under 14,000 euros).

Pending local data on air quality in 2022, the ZFE-m of Paris and the Greater Paris Metropolises, Lyon, Aix-Marseille and Rouen are eligible for the scheme.
