Registration:
The Registration Authority is responsible for ensuring the registration of carbon projects in Benin. It receives project registration requests from project developers. The Authority is responsible for examining and evaluating the requests, and making a decision on whether to register a project. The decisions of the authority are communicated to project developers by the permanent secretary.
