Energy labelling (Directive 2010/30/EU and Regulation 2017/1369 on the indication by labelling and standard product information of the consumption of energy and other resources by energy-related products)

Directive 2010/30/EU sets up a framework to harmonise national measures on end-user information. Member States must ensure that information relating to energy consumption is brought to the attention of end-users. The bill also adopts rules for the placing on the market/ putting into service of an 'energy-using product (EuP), adopting also rules for importing these goods. Regulation 2017/1369 of 4 July 2017 repeals Directive 2010/30/EU and set a framework for energy labelling.
