India Cooling Action Plan

The document acknowledges that cooling is linked with economic growth and is recognised as key to the health, wellbeing, and productivity of people in hot climates.  This document was developed with a range of stakeholders, and provides guidelines on how to meet increasing cooling demands while reducing carbon emissions.
