Law for energy performance of buildings 372/2005

Law passed

The law aims to promote energy performance of existing buildings as well as new buildings. It mandates the construction of new buildings with low energy consumption, provides facilitation for thermal rehabilitation of existing buildings with incentives and programs, and promotion of performance certification to ensure compliance.
