Mexico’s PLADESE 2025–2039 is a federal roadmap to add 24,954 MW of new clean capacity by 2030, with 19,954 MW from renewables and 5,000 MW from energy storage. It aims for 38.5% clean energy generation by 2030. Fossil gas is included in the "clean energy" definition.
