National Policy Framework for MSMEs

This document identifies a high potential for micro, small and medium enterprises in powering the country's economic growth. It aims to enable MSMEs to deliver on this potential and expand their share of the GDP, with a focus on 1) Legislative, regulatory and business support framework; 2) Access to finance; 3) Market access, competitiveness and productivity; and, 4) Development of entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and competencies through education and training.

The document notably seeks to facilitate the development of MSMEs in the field of renewable energy.
