2015PolicyAdaptationMore details
Sectors: Disaster Risk Management (Drm)

The National Risk Management Policy is a planning instrument with a long-term perspective, to guide actions of the State, the private sector and civil society, so that it is articulated with problems common to a "country development" project. It is also an instrument to specify at the national level the fulfilment of the great commitments that arise in the international sphere, after the approval of the Sendai Framework for Action for Disaster Risk Reduction, 2015-2030, given at the Third Conference United Nations World Cup on Disaster Risk Reduction. The Policy sets the conceptual basis and general guidelines for a 15-year period, while establishing how to organise the execution the Policy and ensure monitoring and control, and result assessment.

Examples:
Resilient infrastructure, Fossil fuel divestment, Net zero growth plan, Sustainable fishing
