Order from 12/07/2022 on energy savings certificates

This Order replaced the "Heating of tertiary buildings" support scheme with the "Heating of collective residential and tertiary buildings" support scheme. In this regard, the connection of collective residential buildings to the heating networks is transferred from the "Heating" support scheme to the "Hearting of collective residential and tertiary buildings" support scheme. This modifies the Order issued on December 29th, 2015, that stipulates the terms of application of the energy savings certificate system. This new support scheme does not cover the installation of boilers.
