Order 6 October 2021 on the purchase of electricity produced by installations located on buildings, shed or shade houses using photovoltaic solar energy, amended by Order 28 July 2022 and last amended by Order 26 March 2025

This order modifies the order issued on October 6 2021 that lays out the conditions for the purchase of electricity produced by installations located on buildings, hangars, or shade houses using photovoltaic solar energy, with a peak installed power of less than or equal to 500 kilowatts as referred to in 3° of the article D. 314-15 of the energy code and located in mainland France. The modifications include changes to the purchase tariff formulas and reference tariffs.
