This Act establishes the Climate Change Administration to administer matters of greenhouse gas reduction and climate change adaptation. This includes planning and drafting policies and laws, drafting and implementing mandatory GHG reporting and carbon pricing and trading systems, custody of the GHG Management Fund and others.
