Philippine National Climate Risk Management Framework of 2019

This document was approved by the Climate Change Commission's Resolution 2019-001 entitled “A Resolution adopting the National Climate Risk Management Framework (NCRMF) to address intensifying adverse impacts of climate change”. It aims at informing the administration's work with regard to climate-related risk in a wide range of sectors. It sets a vision for a science-based planning system encompassing a "strong risk" database as well as other information systems available to central and local governments.
