Ordinance of the Minister of Energy no 2189/2019 on "detailed conditions for granting support for the purchase of new vehicles from the funds of the Low-Emission Transport Fund for natural persons not engaged in economic activity and the conditions for settling this support", these persons will have access to a subsidy to buy an electric or hydrogen vehicle. The subsidy can be up to 30% of the purchase value.
