"Roofs To Reefs" National Resilience Plan

This plan aims at protecting the population's private and community roofs from extreme weather events, such as tropical storms. It also seeks to encourage the use of renewable energy sources, rainwater harvesting, and nature-based solutions to reduce runoff into the coastal environment.
