This resolution amends resolution CVM 480, introducing criteria for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) information disclosure by listed companies/ security issuers. These companies are required to disclose, or explain reasons for not disclosing information on their management of potential climate risks, their GHG inventories, and their compliance with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) or other recommendations.
